Michigan State Police won't pursue charges against local businessman Bob Carmack for allegedly trying to extort Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan.
The mayor called for a state police investigation in November, days after Carmack paraded around Detroit in a truck displaying a video in which the mayor is shown driving to a woman's house. Duggan claimed Carmack was threatening to release more videos if the city didn't withdrawal two lawsuits against him.…
